Returns & Exchanges

At AroSport, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AroSport account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
